Time for an update IMO.

A Hibernian team that included Lewis Stevenson at centre back just strolled into Ibrox and picked up all shree points.

Yesterday would be a debatable entry to the Banter Years Chronicles, IMO.

For the past few years, Rangers have been at a level where losing to Hibs is pretty much par for the course. Of course, the weakened team and Scott Allan factors make it better, but to me that result was somewhat predictable.

Just over three years since Uncle Mike arranged for five Newcastle players to arrive on loan.

Bollocks man, Oz, Bomber and Dennis were never injured.

Still funny as f**k though, so that should be enough.

Well Aberdeen have predictably gone to shit and Sevco are taking full advantage. The banter years look over guys, been fun though.

Remember quite a few of their new players are only on loan. May be option to buy clauses but if not they'll need another handful of new players in the summer at least. That and the board could still make their 3,573rd balls up and appoint a diddy instead of Murty

Also the inevitable £3m bid from an English Premier League side in the summer that Rangers will need to accept as Morelos has made it clear that’s where he wants to go, resulting in a potential £5m thrown away in six months.

This is something that I think is a risk to going so heavily down the loan route; there's not really a lot to stop Celtic from outbidding them or at the very least starting a bidding war to drive the cost up for anyone that shines out, akin to what happened to Scott Allan.

The only one we don't have first option to buy is Goss.

Most of the loan deals (especially Murphy) appear to be situations where Rangers have agreed to buy them, but they don't have the free cash to complete the deals until the 2018/19 season ticket revenue comes in.
