Superhursty7
The caretaker actually ended up with a better points per game record than the two 'real managers' on either side. All three were poor. If Duffy hangs around to take the job then it's as a glorified caretaker, with added experience from the late Cretaceous period. His position would be reviewed at the end of the season anyway. Not a dig at the job he did just it's a hell of a long time for a "caretaker"
D'Jaffo
Brian Rice comes across as an entirely boring individual so it’s a no from me.

That was Dani Lopez at The Caley in 15/16. Happened in December 2015 against St Johnstone in a reserve game. Edit - Yes, he was also shite. Lochwood
No surprise and I think the chairman has had a performance clause that he has agreed too, there is no doubt his assistant will walk very soon he’s done it at other jobs they were together. That leaves Duffy and Joyce, don’t think Duffy wants it he clearly said when he came he wanted a less pressure job and was happy as a coach. To the new boss play 4-4-2 Maxwell with Reading in front Maxwell was the best left back in the league last year and he’s no midfielder .Swap Houston (been a bomb scare )with McAllister and Muirhead at centre half with one of the rest and play Moffat with Adeloye. Murdoch Hewitt Bradley and Reading in midfield.

Iain
I'm still on the McFadden or McCoist trains. For very different reasons I think either could do a good job.

He’d be an interesting pick though.

port-ton
Steven Naismith been with the latest Scotland squad coaching. Localish boy that isn't in the merry-go-round of shite lower league managers, and might upset some killie fans as a bonus.

HMIP
James McFadden isn’t a bad shout actually. Sounds halfway intelligent on the telly and seems to be interested in a move into coaching.

McGinty- Fire him into the sea Salkeld- He does try his hardest he just isn’t very good. Any abuse towards him is unfair. Fair appraisal overall though I would be inclined to hang onto Fjortoft... there's a player there if he gets sufficient game time.

Rudi and Rusti are available though. This could be great viewing compared to the piss we're used to on au media. Glen Michael giving his take on Ayr United every week. How could you go wrong?
