I wouldn’t read too much into the fact you haven’t announced anyone yet. Even if Oakley has signed for Ayr, there could be any number of reasons it hasn’t been officially announced. Livi have also announced a bunch of new signings and extensions - they’re not fan owned and seem to have a mess of a court case going on which could see their manager leave soon.
