Only when another party tables a motion, that risks showing Labour up for being a rabble of spineless charlatans, do they threaten the speaker to accept their amendment so that the aforementioned motion isn't heard and voted on (all while pretending a ceasefire call was their idea all along). To accuse others of playing political games immediately after their actions today is nothing short of remarkable. They weren’t entirely innocent then either, but they don’t even resemble the same party and their sudden lurch to the right is incredible. Anyone who chose to vote Labour before probably did so as they were seen as the left wing choice.
