What is the point of Labour ?

As the op asks in the title I assume the point of labour lately is to see how stupid it's supporters are.

Basically we will blame stuff we did on the nasty SNP and also pretend we didn't abstain on Tory plans and all you thickos will not remember the truth even though it wasn't long ago.

To be a Labour voter this year must be very tough unless your head is truly buried up your own arse.

They're literally ripping the pish out of there own supporters.

Labour politicians a plenty outing themselves as politically illiterate and opportunistic cretins today. It really has been something to behold, but I shouldn’t be surprised.

Sometimes it’s good to be reminded why I should never vote for that gang of arseholes.

Labours attempt to weaponise the unequal pay dispute really is an own goal of epic proportions.  The last shreds of credibility have been burned.  As a little bonus, it looks like a very harsh light is about to be shone on the GMB, it's hand in negotiating unequal pay, advising members to accept settlements that were a fraction of what was due, and the role of Labour politicians in all of this.

Into the bin you go, Labour.  You're finished in Scotland.

Or there is nothing to be gained by getting dragged into a debate about a hypothetical single tax band miles out from an election.

Why fight on ground chosen by the Tories - income tax from 40 to 80 grand - and allow the rest of your fiscal policy to be ignored?

Good to know that you’re happy with Labour endorsing trickle down economics in a time of continued austerity.

Anyway my post was for the attention of H_B, not sure why you’re replying.

Wait..?

You were obviously addressing it to me and again when i've replied went back to the false accusations.

McDonnell isn't endorsing trickle down economics. They are the opposition to the government and have a strategy for getting into politics. People who want to fight every inch of every battle are idiots. Cybernats seem to think that arguing about politics is politics
