That’s a horrendous headline. They’re removing the specific gesture that they’ve had over the last 2 seasons, but drivers are still allowed to take the knee if they so wish (so, the opposite of that headline).

JamesP_81
"Shocking new emerging footage " this was heard and widely available to hear at the time. If it had went the other way and the race finished behind the safety car then radio footage from the Mercedes camp could easily be used as proof of coercion. It's no more proof of manipulation than someone releasing audio of a football manager shouting for a penalty to be given and the ref giving it .

Mr. Brightside
Red Bull looking nice. More like the F1 renders than the Haas. Edited February 9, 2022 by Mr. Brightside
Mackie The Staggie
This looks like it's just the show car in a Red Bull livery, still no indication what the Wizard of Aerodynamics Newy has done yet. And those Ferrari shirts look horrible, really not digging them at all.

What do you think Hamilton would've done had the turbulent air not been as bad? He would've been closer through the corners and then been in a better position to slipstream earlier on the straight, probably with the same result as DRS. No, he would have fallen back and started mewling about his tyres, because the Mercedes cars were utterly hopeless when running in dirty air. DRS serves a purpose at Budapest, Barcelona and other tracks where it provides a necessary increase to the opportunity to pass. It needs to be punted from wide open circuits, where it just acts as an overtake button.

ajwffc
The Hamilton fans have got a new argument bassed on the 5 lapped cars. That he passed under race conditions (they pulled over and let him pass) that Max did not have to pass(he had probably passed them before he went into the pits).

ajwffc
They can argue all they like; the result will never be overturned. That is their dream and it is so unfair that it will never happen no matter how much they want it.
