Neilly
Cove have to be looking for another promotion in the coming season. Taking out your usual jobbers of Albion Rovers, Cowdenbeath, Elgin, Queens Park and Stirling everyone else will fancy their chances strongly. Brazilianlex
Where do cove get their money ? had a wee look at them and they only have two directors, Moorhouse and a secretary. Moorhouse owns over 75% of the shares and they only file limited accounts so no transparency about finances. is Moorhouse a one man team and funding it all. Certainly won’t be the crowds they get.

vikingTON
If Saturday is anything to go by, if Cove add three or four solid League Two level players then they should be in and around the promotion play-offs next season. Think they'd need a larger overhaul than that to win the title. Looks like the tragic permaseethe of Cowdenbeath fans is going to follow them around until the latter outfit gets emptied into the Lowland League as well.

You still carrying the thumping you got at CP around with you? Forget it it was ages ago.
Muzza81
Cove will finish top 4. No doubt in my mind.

I remember the late Sweetie Man's welcoming speech very well but the Morton gas was at a definite peep at 5 PM.

The only fanbase carrying a sackload of chips on their shoulders right now are yourselves, as the Cowdenbeath contingent's shrieking on every single Cove thread and bizarre pep talks for Berwick before the second leg amply demonstrate. Still, I'm sure that one season in your entire history when you were half decent will prove great solace when you're sent packing to the East of the Scotland League.

1320Lichtie
Better giving it to a charity. They'll already have one of the better players in the league in Blair Yule in my opinion. Mitch Megginson be one of the better strikers too. Overall they're clearly good enough for L2 and have just come off the back of a season they were winning all the time, that momentum could be great going into the start of the season it's one of the reasons we done so well this year. If they could add a handful of good players on top of that they should do well and there is obviously the rumours of Fyvie and Flood. There isn't really any other standout in the league next year. Think Stenny will be decent and Annan and Edinburgh likely to lose a few of their better players.
WeAreElgin
How will Cove being in the league affect Elgin or Peterhead? Will Cove be a more attractive proposition for potential players?Cove were already a more attractive proposition for players so f**k all has changed [emoji38]

There is always a surprise package or two - Edinburgh and Annan this year. QP and Albion Rovers struggled after dropping down the Leagues. I am not sure Cove will be as strong as people think. May take time? Berwick were finished and the poor League 2 team - so 4-0 and 3-0 was not a big deal. HibeeJibee
Cove's challenge will be having to sustain the quality level most weeks instead of only some weeks - apparently they even rested the likes of Megginson in midweek games and some Saturday away games. You can't be doing that in SPFL2. Their season won't be any longer or involve any more games - considering local cups it might be slightly fewer - but the average intensity will be higher. They're also used to winning trophies regularly: their only real chance of that will be in the Aberdeenshire Cup and Aberdeenshire Shield. However the likes of Peterhead treat them as minor at best, being midweek in autumn/winter.
