Big Fifer Posted September 2, 2019 Share Posted September 2, 2019 Right, finally (almost) recovered from my hangover. Fantastic performance by the lads on Saturday. Shocker from Rossco for Raith's first but the boy plays for the jersey and worked even harder for the full 90, great that his teammates could claw him out. We should have been out of sight in the first half, not that were particularly "all over" Raith but we had 2/3 chances, including one hitting the bar, that should have left us 2 or 3 ahead. Second half we were solid again, we were comfortable, until we went 3-1 up. As soon as that happened, we seemed to sit way back and invite the pressure on. The second Raith goal looks absolutely terrible from Hart's point of view. Thank god Aggy got us a 4th, and a well deserved win. Special mention to two players. Chris Higgins was an absolute rock at the back. I've been his biggest critic since he signed, never put a foot wrong on Saturday. And to Wallace.
