Highlandmagyar 2nd Tier
4 changes tonight. Snodgrass, Phillip's, Christie and McLean in. Same horrendous back four.

accies1874
Aside from the two forwards, that's a painfully slow team. ETA: Ours, obvs, not Belgium's.
No_Problemo
Surely we want a bit of pace in the side for counter attacks - where is Fraser and who will be out wide!
accies1874
Two points:1) There are actually some good options to come on from the bench... too bad we'll be 2-0 down by the time they do come on.2) I'm not sure if it's a new rule that you must keep the same squad numbers for both games, but Scotland teams should always be 1-11 unless we qualify for something.
Marshmallo
Will Snodgrass and Christie work back the way with the Belgian wing backs? Forrest was a no brainer tonight for that reason alone, never mind being one of our quicker, more creative and in form players. -

Savage Henry
Phillips is the current guy who keeps getting slaughtered for not playing out of position well enough, or for not being able to show what he can do in ten minutes of substitute time. Quite why Steve Clarke - who also has done very little of any note for Scotland, if that’s how we want to judge things - thinks Phillips is the best choice to play out of position up front in this game is beyond me. He’s playing out of position, against Belgium, in a team with no width, and he’ll get hyperbolic nonsense thrown at him for not scoring. It’s like calling a guy a cart horse for not showing any flair when Strachan threw him on in the last ten minutes to chase 50 yard balls. If James Forrest hasn’t got an injury, this is a very peculiar lineup from Clarke. It’s his usual narrow 4-4-2 against better teams, except it’s closer to a 4-6-0.
Lee Van Tee
Couldn't bring myself to put any money on it but Paddy Power giving 5/4 on Belgium (-1) looks very generous to me. Hopefully I'm very wrong.

D Angelo Barksdale
O'Donnell's eleventh cap tonight. The guy is going to end up in the Hall of Fame at this rate.

Mark Connolly
Found myself almost agreeing with Boyd there, but I'd argue that often Scotland fans expect players from big clubs to not just be as good as they are for their club, but actually to even be a couple of levels above that.
Oleksandr
McSauce should be the key that unlocks Robbo, he has to sit in and let Robbo get forward and whip those crosses in
