munro7
Can’t believe the chances we missed today. Moffat, Forrest, McCowan & Doolan all missed absolute sitters.
UpInTheAyr
Very poor decision making in their box. ICT were crowding and shutting us down effectively on the wings.Thought Houston was pretty decent and Roscoe MOTM for me
AyrTroopMajor
I mean, I was up the other end at the time, but how was ICT's first goal allowed to stand? Guy was lying injured beside the post, must surely have been offside and interfering with play? Other than that, only got ourselves to blame. We could have been 3-0 up by quarter past 3. ETA: Luke McCowan is a superb talent but really needs to learn to use his right foot.
Guest
First off we missed 4 sitters with Moffat, Forrest, mccowan and doolan all culpable however the refereeing was quite frankly horrific. McLean from the first whistle made it clear that he would allow assault to stand and that included off the ball. Our players were kicked, pushed, elbowed, dragged and even punched, however this was fine for McLean. Disgraceful. Ok, you could argue that Inverness did a number on us and you cant blame them for that and should probably in fact applaud them, however they should never have been allowed and that's where McLean failed us miserably. Not too disheartened though, we still tried to play our football and today it just didnt come off, again well done inverness for playing to your strengths so all in all this is being filed away as McLean a p***k and inverness doing their usual to us.........
D'Jaffo
We played quite well at times but countless missed chances and niggly fouls from ICT that went unpunished cost us today.
eez-eh
We could play Inverness 36 times a season and still not beat them.

D'Jaffo
Robbo just knows how to nullify you. It happens. He didn’t nullify us though. We had more chances today than the 6 games we played against you last season combined. It was mainly poor finishing and bizarre refereeing that cost us.

See they have an EGM tonight, ain't exactly going to be reassuring for Robertson and the players. Fair play to your players, I don't particularly like the way they play however every single one of them looked like they would run through a brick wall for the team and you cant knock that as a supporter.
Trogdor
Frustrating. Inverness's physical style always seems to undo us. However, we had umpteen chances to score. We'll break this hoodoo that Inverness have over us eventually. As for McLean, I've said it before but a DKB should not be reffing an Ayr game.
