Detournement
The NHS kick 15,000 people out of hospitals in England leading to carnage in care homes and a spike in excess mortality beyond Covid deaths. Barely a whimper. The Tories are giving away billions to private companies no strings attached in COMPLETE SECRECY. Zero interest. Dominic Cummins drives to Durham. Hold a public inquiry about his motor's mpg. What a country!

pandarilla
What a shit question from notebook womanAsk him if his wife drivesWent for noone ask that?If the wife drives, then his story of the test drive is fucked. That's an easy thing to check. But he also used a second home type thing with that first trip to durham. And was working whilst someone still had symptoms. The castle trip is a laughable excuse. And the fact he hasn't even considered resigning shows some levels of psychotic behaviour.

Have some faith in Magic
So right after it BBC went to two ex Tory pm advisors for their post match analysis. Sky went to Alistair Campbell and then had a pro and anti debate later.

welshbairn
The BBC coverage after the conference has been dreadful, switched off. Only thing has been if only he had explained this earlier it would all have been fine. Never mind if it was easy to arrange child care for when he got back to London, how come he felt the need to drive his Covid19 time bomb of an infected family 270 miles to Durham? And to drive his family 60 miles to check if he could see properly?

There are plenty of incredibly capable, prescient, hard working, well connected people who could do his job. He must offer something more than that if he's worth risking this amount of credibility and political capital, at a time like this. No PM has ever fought nearly this hard to keep anyone, not even Tony Blair with Alistair Campbell or Thatcher with Heseltine. Something's not right here. Because Boris is just the monkey, Cummings is the organ grinder. He is the prime minister though. He can just fire him any time he likes.

Also how fucking bad are the media in this country, opportunity to ask that c**t anything and he gets softball flowery pish! He said he drove north to Durham and didn’t refuel en route (approximately 250 miles). He did not say whether he stopped to fill up on the way back down to London and he was never asked about that. In any case after self isolating he would be OK to refuel. I’m not defending what he did. Just saying.
