Can't wait to get the evils if I have to cough or sneeze at any point. You should get a test to rule it out.

Have you coughed more than 3 times in 24 hours? If you have a new cough you should get tested imo. Better not to be a time waster, especially when he is symptomless. And when there are already problems with testing capacity.

I got norovirus a few years ago and ever since any wee bug has savaged me tbh, even before we knew about Covid I had a cold knocking me out for a week.

ICTChris
Pubs and restaurants will have to shut at 10pm from Thursday in England. Table service will be mandatory.
Scotty Tunbridge
Ergo Nicola will have them shut at 10pm from Friday. On a serious note, imagine this could lead to a surge in people hitting the town on Wednesday similar to that last Friday before the ‘proper’ lockdown happened.
Donathan
I understand that household mixing will NOT yet be prohibited in England. The rule of 6 gets one last chance.
Bully Wee Villa
I don't really see the point of shutting at 10. People will just start drinking earlier. When people leave public transport will still be up and running so people will get on a bus and potentially spread Covid to twenty people rather than getting in a taxi with one other person. It seems an exercise in appearing to be doing something. Also every off licence will still be open so people will be more likely to get some cans and go to each others' houses. Rob1885
I understand that household mixing will NOT yet be prohibited in England. The rule of 6 gets one last chance. In fairness, that rule only came in last Monday (7 days ago) so we're not at a stage just yet to see if that will have the desired effect with case numbers (I most definitely have ny doubts though).
