It is hope that 2,000 people will be aloud to watch fringe shows at the Edinburgh Festival in August outside and 400 people will be aloud to watch shows inside.

I don't see how, surely 139 people in total extra than would normally be in hospital pre-Covid, isn't our NHS under pressure.  

If there was a mad accident with 100 plus people needing hospital treatment, would that be our NHS under pressure too?

They are presumably also working through a backlog of procedures that had to be postponed over the last year, which will contribute slightly to that pressure too.
