Bairnardo
Re kebab meat, anything absorbent ie chips or pitta bread or naan bread for the hungrier among us, should always be placed in the bottom of the container.
Derry Alli
Salt & Vinegar then top with donner, cheese and chilli sauce.
ArabianKnight
Pretty much anything as long as its not vinegar. Pet hate is kebab shops that don't salt the chips before putting anything on them. Or weirdos who put lashings of vinegar on chips cheese and coleslaw.
tamthebam
I'm from the sauce belt so chippy sauce. It was a PTTGOYN that when I would visit a pal in Dunbar the flower of East Lothian towns was outside the sauce belt. Maybe the incomers will have changed things there now. I usually have the barbecue sauce with Macdonald's chips. Strangely enough when I have pub fish and chips I usually put tomato sauce on the chips. For which I was abused by other sauce belt dwelling Edinburgh City fans on a trip up north recently, the sods.

Derry Alli
People who don't like vinegar are the same types that hang around playgrounds in their 30's and put plasters on paper cuts.
SweeperDee
chips and curry sauce is unmatched imo. Chips, CHEESE and curry sauce is unmatched. Although the cheese has to be cheap shitey, melty mozzarella.

KnightswoodBear
These threads are always awesome for weeding out the turbobeasts that walk among us. And for shaking loose the posters who have a chip (YASSSSS!) on their shoulder about where they live.
SweeperDee
Very good shout, this has to be Chinese/chip shop curry might I addCorrect. However, I’ve been known to order chips, cheese, and madras sauce from the Indian once in a blue moon. Makes a nice change from the yellow curry sauce.
SweeperDee
Also if we are talking fast food chips condiments; BK’s Heinz Honey mustard beats all other sauces.

Can never remember which Indian it is in Dundee but their chips cheese and curry sauce is like an Indian homestyle curry sauce and its banging.
