They are Remote Control and I sail them, well will sail them once the local sailing ponds become ice free . As for cost you’re looking at around £500 when you add up the kit, r/c unit, motors and speed controls . This is Javelin, I’ve another kit on the way so hopefully will have it ready for the summer. I’ll put it largely down to not working (usually smoked traveling to work, waiting on transport and when out drinking at the pub). Even when I’ve been drinking in the house, I haven’t had a craving. I do vape, but kicking off cigarettes I’m quite happy about.
