All goes back to that Dundee vote. If Hearts and PT let that fly, does that not give the SPFL and co free reign to do whatever the f**k they want?

Now it's intimidation during the arbitration process.

All completely competent though lads!

You broke the rules, time to pay the piper.

Cant wait to buy one of the flats they build on Tynecastle.

End of the day it’s been mentioned before that this could happen, unless I’ve got it wrong they always had the option.

The SFA are now showing exactly WHY we went to court first to ensure any arbitration was as fair as possible.

I mean there's really no mystery why Hearts and PT didn't;t run straight to the SFA - the SFA with Neil Doncaster and Rod Petrie on their board. What kind of hearing do you think we'd have got?

Going to court meant we got the documents and Clark insisted the panel were corporate law specialists with 10 years experience. No chance we'd have got that going straight to arbitration. Which we'll be able to argue. This seems like more stalling and intimidation to me.

So did the SPFL potentially, hence court.
