Big Alicia Kearns is at it again. That's the Tory MP who says she has a panic button in every room of her home because China want to hurt her. When she's not panicking about Chinese under her bed she likes to tweet inflammatory lies about Kosovo.

Her latest was to tweet that Serbia is sending weapons in ambulances to Serb Orthodox churches in Kosovo and terrorist gangs of Serbs are then operating out of the churches. Here's an article by a Kosovan Albanian journalist quoting the NATO response, that they investigated and found no evidence to support Kearns' claim: https://balkaninsight.com/2023/07/05/kfor-denies-weapons-are-smuggled-in-ambulances-into-north-kosovo/#:~:text=NATO's peacekeeping mission on Wednesday,Churches in restive northern Kosovo.

There has been violence in the ghettoised Serb region of Kosovo. The Kosovo government and Alicia Kearns claim that Serb civilians are to blame for it. The EU and NATO disagree and have taken the view that state power, as usual, is the oppressive force at play. The Kosovo government have enacted a partial blockade on the Serbs by banning travel into Serbia then sent in the police to beat protesters and arrest "terrorists". This has resulted in sanctions for Kosovo from the EU and a suspension from shared exercises by NATO.

Albin Kurti is the prime minister of Kosovo. He's a former KLA member and is a right wing ethno-nationalist who wants Kosovo to unify with Albania. His only strategy for winning votes seems to be to appeal to both anti-Serb and anti-Serbia sentiment. Alicia Kearns is consistently on hand to help him with this. Here's a Reddit commenter and Kurti supporter describing Serbs as a cancer upon Kosovo. He names Kearns' tweets as his prompt:(https://www.reddit.com/r/kosovo/comments/14qex2n/weapons_are_being_smuggled_across_the_border_from/)

The opposition in Kosovo claim Kurti has been consistently lying to try and exacerbate inter-ethnic strife. Their anger at Kurti over this led to a punch up in the Kosovo parliament yesterday:  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/world-europe-66193089

Kearns seems nefarious. She's been appearing on Sky News recently to give her opinions on the Ukraine war so I hope she's not as dishonest on that topic as she is on Kosovo.

Rodong Sinmun on High Honor of Korean People Guided by Peerlessly Great Man
Date: 17/07/2023 | Source: KCNA.kp (En) | Read original version at source

Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Monday dedicates an article to the 11th anniversary of the conferment of the title of DPRK Marshal on the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un .

The Korean people have enjoyed the highest honor and pride no other nation can do as they are guided by the peerlessly great man, the great brilliant commander who is demonstrating the dignity and might of the country all over the world with his invincible spirit, matchless pluck and outstanding and seasoned leadership, the article says, and goes on:

The dynamic footsteps of the respected General Secretary, who is the strongest in the world, were just the breath and stamina of the country making a leap forward with youthful vigor, and his leadership was the driving force that made the country always demonstrate its might as an invincible socialist state with enormous strength.

In the new century of Juche, a new heyday was ushered in all fields of the revolution and construction, the country's overall national power and position were put on the highest level and the history of prosperity was given steady continuity under the leadership of the General Secretary who is Marshal of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Those days eloquently prove the immutable truth that thanks to the ever-victorious leadership of the peerless patriot, the outstanding great man, the DPRK will win a radical victory in the building of Korean-style socialism even in any storm and stress and always record victory in its history.

We'll follow the respected Marshal to the end of the earth! This is the fixed will of loyalty all the people in the country have cherished deeper in their mind, greeting the significant day when the title of DPRK Marshal was conferred on the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .

Led by him, the greatest man in the world, the Korean people will enjoy a blessed life as the most dignified and happiest people in the world and the DPRK will brilliantly shine as a socialist power envied by the world. -0-

The people of Thailand have spoken...

The lower house, which had 500 seats up for grabs on Sunday has been finalised.

The young 'Move Forward Party' coming out on top with 151 seats.  They have decided to form a coalition with other parties to give a total of 310 seat.

All good 310 of 500. nae just wait.

The bad guys, Military & the Royal Elite parties still have a trick up their sleeve.

They changed the constitution when they rigged the last election in 2019 to hand pick (non elected) 250 senators from the Military for the higher house. Who all have a vote to see who the next Prime Minister is going to be....

Giving the good guys 310 to the bad guys 440

2 months we will have to wait before the result will be official. This will give the Military time to  disband/ disqualify  the good guys, as they did after the last election.

The leader of the Move Forward Party winning speech was class. 'The people have won, now let us govern, or else'

Let the tanks roll☹️  Coup #12 on it's way (since 1933), sometime this or next year.

I really hope I'm wrong,  for the future of my and many other children here.

As expected, they have kicked out the leader of the Move Forward Party today...

It’s the age old demographic battle of the establishment versus the youth. They will lose, but they can’t let go of power without being jailed or killed…such is the ugly reality. Surprised they used then method they did, as several of his statements could have been taken as a violation of the offence statutes given the control over the committees and judges.

Did he ever offer to compromise on the Royalty stuff?

No, that was his vote winner. If he had changed is stance he might as well resigned as the people would have turned against him.

I note the fleg  shaggers are getting their knickers in a twist over the EUs decision to refer to the, erm, Falklands as Las Malvinas.

Such a fuss over an overseas territory the UK government was then and still would be happy to negotiate away.

I can't remember which 80s Tory Cabinet Minister summed it up by saying "It would have been better and cheaper to have given each of them £1million to leave".

***************************

As an aside it's another Brexit Bonus

“The UK is not part of the EU. They are upset by the use of the word Malvinas. If they were in the EU perhaps they would have pushed back against it.”

Chump-level analysis that fits so well with the roaring successes of previous Thai movements - not to mention the inevitable victory of Progress in Myanmar. 🤡

Go back to tanking your storage. The reality is demographically the imbalance is growing, and there will be a challenge of a more physical nature down the road. Of all people, a “historian” should understand that.

They've been calling Gibraltar by it's name in Spanish for years, the scamps.

They also call the occupied cities in Morocco by their Spanish name and give Morocco and Spain impunity to commit human rights violations against migrants in and around the occupied cities, but the pro EU British MSM does their best to bury stories about it.

Demographics is not destiny in any political system, you imbecile. Take a look around the world right now - including your own fetid swamp of a country - and let me know how your hopelessly out of date Whig history ideas of assured progress are getting on. 🤡

There is absolutely no reason why democratic/popular forces cannot be effectively managed to entrench the interests of an existing power elite.

And, by the same token, you can see plenty of opposite results. Does it ever get tiring being the condescending arsehole, or did you study for that too?

The Spanish right wing parties did not do as well as predicted thankfully and it’s unclear the composition of any coalition government.  The facist Vox actually lost over a third of their seats though the Tory PP increased theirs by 50%.

Seems the Spanish electorate have bigger priorities than immigration.
