The Bens are a dangerous side -we got a right doing at Tinto and they could surprise many this season

They're a good good side by the way as you say  and I don't even think there's much of an element of surprise anymore with them.

They're more than capable of turning anyone over on their day.

We had ten men for most of the game, a poor call for me looked like johnstone got the ball but you cant really tackle anymore. You couldn't really say it changed the game as we passed up numerous chances, tc through on goal, graham header and darroch unmarked from a corner. Even the benburb first goal was through our mistake, dodgy ball back to keeper when it should have been on the motorway. There wont be many more hardworking teams in the league than Benburb.

Wasn't at the away game but they are for me the best side to visit Newlandsfield so far this season.

Yip they have given us really tough games -old Frank and Paul have got them very well coached and they have some very good young talent.Plus add in the likes of Shaun Fraser who when he is focussed is a very good player and you have a strong team

Watched the footage that was posted last night that everyone seemed to be complaining about, including your manager

This is the still just before impact that was also posted, , this is a red based on current laws. You can’t tackle like that anymore. Happened to Jordon Allen recently too. Maybe 5 or 10 years ago that was a yellow, but straight in, studs up is dangerous and a red.

You can't take much from a still and that doesn't look good but there is a few stills in the lead up which makes the Bens player look more dangerous than what is clipped above. Sadly I'm not clever enough to lift from twitter and place on here.

The sending off didn't really impact the game, apart from the two goals, Clydebank created numerous chances but couldn't really test the Bens goalkeeper. The opener was a poor mistake from the goalkeeper and the second goal came at the death with Bankies throwing bodies forward for an equaliser. Bens work incredibly hard though and showed on day one they are a good side, results back that up.

Talbot going clear of the relegation zone is a sight for sore eyes even if it is just on goal difference.

Step in the right direction. Think how different it could have been if some of the fine margins that went against us actually went our way for example the pollok game, 3pts dropped when we were clearly better team. Not worth crying about now though they scored and we didnt and thats the name of the game. Looking ahead you can see the improvements and hopefully more improvents to come. Everybody seems capable of taking points from everybody else, lots more ups and downs to come this season no doubt

So, clearly you weren’t the better team …

Each season there is actually the possibility of 5 teams going down from each league in the WoSFL, but unlikely.

Scenario 1 - No team is promoted from the WoSFL, but a team is relegated from the Lowland League into the WoSFL = 4 teams relegated from each league except for the Fourth Division.

Scenario 2 - No team is promoted from the WoSFL, but two teams are relegated from the Lowland League into the WoSFL = 5 teams relegated from each league except for the Fourth Division. (This would only happen if a team is relegated from SPFL League Two into the Lowland League but no Lowland League team is promoted, i.e. the Highland League champions win the play-off, and the bottom two teams in the Lowland League are West-based geographically.)

Either scenario is unlikely as the league tables are at the moment, but possible each season as the current rules stand.
