One guy was saying away goals don't count in this but the other boy was saying that's only in Euro qualifying but they count double in the League of Nations. Tierney's the better player. I have been saying it for ages as you are all aware. If you were completely objective and had both of them at 100% fitness and could only pick one its Tierney. He is the more complete player and will show it over the next couple of years. I think we sometimes get too worked up about formations as the basic thing is to get people in the box when you're attacking and don't leave yourself exposed at the back. On Friday we did neither very well. We had nobody in the box trying to support Dykes, everything was slow and back to goal stuff and all our possession was pretty pointless with no intent and no end product, however at the back we were totally exposed with balls over the top down our right as Forrest was like little boy lost in that position. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
