RossBFaeDundee
Ooft, that first touch from O'Hara. Also, under the new rules that was a penalty.
smoba
Stonewall penalty! Really impressed with Morrison, finally someone who can consistently provide a quality cross ...

I think it's probably a penalty under just about any set of rules since the 1800s.
Shadwell Dog
New season same old crap refs.
HoBNob
On the balance of chances we should be winning, our midfield fell right out the game for a good bit there though, not convinced by Murray in centre mid.

Stellaboz
Where the f**k is our central midfield? Falkirk having the absolute run of the game for ages there until nearer half time.
itzdrk
Guess in the perverted world of refereeing 0-0 is fair at half time. Dunfermline scored and Falkirk should have had that penalty. Dunfermline look dangerous for pace on the break.

DA Baracus
Anyway, pretty even first half. Felt we were on top at first and perhaps the corner was in, but hard to tell from the footage available. Can't really complain about it though. There were a few scrambled chances, mostly from corners as well. Falkirk had a good 10 minute spell where they were the better team where Keena should have scored. We finished the half stronger. Mutch made a good save from Thomas' free kick. If O'Hara had a better first touch he was in on the keeper. Another scramble from a corner gave us a good chance. Falkirk definitely should have had a penalty though.
D.A.F.C
Agreed, Murray and Whitaker not working in midfield. Need someone to simply win the ball and pass out wide but Falkirk winning most balls after 20 mins.
Marshmallo
That Mercer/Durnan combo will be destroyed by anyone who can run 100m in under 19 seconds. We need an old war horse in there to organise. Pleasantly surprised with how we are looking middle to front. Gomis has been the best player on the park. Morrison does everything with purpose. Dowds is a cracking out ball and looks a nightmare to have to defend against. Quite enjoying the dual between the pundits and commentators over whether we have signed Morrison permanently. -
Rugster
On that showing my thoughts are in the league we will score a barrow load but concede a shit load. Is a barrow bigger than a shit? We will see. Edited October 9, 2020 by Rugster

Raith Against The Machine
Is there some sort of "room" in that stand behind the goal, or are Falkirk just set up in the concourse? I suppose they've maybe thrown a couple of space heaters in, but that can't be the most comfortable of set ups. Far from the only ground that'll be like this, right enough.
