And due to me having a shred of dignity, I will not be scrambling back from the dead to return as The Sav1876 or indeed Savco1876. Thanks to my fellow seaside leaguers, its given me something else to do on a friday and Saturday night apart from just getting bladdered. I got some good advice here that's helped, especially using the Notes tab. I'm still finding it hard when the games go on until work starts on Monday but it's getting better. Managed to get a couple of pieces up before the queen sacrifice, and the opponent king left fairly open. Possibly could have found a mate, but decided to exercise the frustrations of the previous night's defeat by going on a maniacal killing spree with the intention of sending all 5 pawns up to become queens.
