St Johnstone vs Hibs

Bringing a left back on to play in a front three so you can win headers up the park.

Davidson is playing 4D chess.

Genuine question, what could Jack Ross possibly be arguing with the referee about, there was absolute zero contentious decisions made in that match.

Nothing really contentious, but he made the game stop start for both sides. It will obvs ben fine if you pocket the 3 points, but frustrating when you are chasing the game.

Either that or he is just looking for a cat to kick?

That second-half was the most nervous I’ve been this season.

Our top six scenario is simple now. Beat Ross County and hope that St Mirren drop points against Hamilton.

Also need to hope United don’t win their 2 next games either!

Same boat, really nervy viewing and not enjoyable. The players were out on their feet with 3 hard fought games in 6 days including the nervous energy of a cup final.

It felt like Hibs were going to snatch an equaliser but we got over the line on will power alone.

Thought it was the opposite performance from O’Halloran than you’d expect; first half with a few opportunities to attack his man he was poor and never once got past him. Second half when called upon to defend a lot he was really solid and reliable and did his bit for the team.

A great team effort overall, and now a week to recover with just one more win needed.

Eye bleeding football from both teams but some superb defending on show. Our back 3, Kerr particularly were almost imperious and when they did slip up once we had the likes of Liam Craig in their tidying up. Credit also to MOH for his second half performance.

Only other point to note is that Liam Craig is a legend. 3 games in 6 days at his age and absolutely bossed every one of them. What a goal.
