sergie's no1 fan Posted July 31, 2021 Share Posted July 31, 2021 The way they've been going, you'd think last season was one of their best ever seasons as well.Last season was one of the highest if not the highest finish of my lifetime. Most of the 90s and some of the 00s were a write off for us. We had some crap teams in the 10's too.It was a good season on paper but it felt like failure in all honesty. Lost 2 winnable semis and blew top 6 when it was in our hands for a few games.The standard of the league has risen with Hearts and Dundee replacing 2 absolute jobber teams. Thankfully it appears County haven't strengthened but I'd hope we can have a similar season, semis are a bonus right enough. I'd take a point now tbh It's the same as last season. McPake gets there eventually as he's proven, but he takes an awful long time to fix things.
