Derry Alli
Very sad Eni has stooped so low to try and be offended. Sounness was quite clear in what he was talking about. (How healthy does the man look, btw!) Hopefully she's called out on that post.
Barry Ferguson's Hat
Sometimes I take a moment to fully contemplate how lucky we are to live in the Barclays era and I'll openly weep. pozbaird
Someone else said it a page back, but Souness wasn’t talking about football in the broadest sense being a man’s game. He was directly referring to a directive given to referees in the English men’s top flight. The directive was to let more challenges go, and to try and cut down on diving, and getting fouls simply by ‘anticiptating the contact’. Stuff like that. The referee in the game Souness (and the rest of us) were watching, did indeed allow some challenges to go, allowed the game to flow more, and it saw some meaty challenges go in that he would maybe have called as fouls last season. This resulted in (mainly) the Chelsea fans giving the referee pelters for what they saw as fouls on Chelsea players going unpunished. Souness liked what he was seeing, compared to recent previous EPL seasons, and made his ‘man’s game’ comment. Absolutely nothing, nothing at all to do with football being a man’s game. Frankly, Aluko can fcuk off with her shite. She’s either being deliberately argumentative, or she’s a fcuking idiot. Or both. Scotty Tunbridge
When you take the opposite side to horrible Tory cow Eni Aluko in an argument you are usually going to find yourself in the right imvho. I’d probably go full Jackson Carlaw v Sturgeon when it comes to her and would be quite happy to argue the merits of eating shite if she said it was bad to do so. J_Stewart
Regardless of the context he meant it, Souness is a shite spouting, outdated, bigoted Tory arsehole, so f**k him. If this helps get the horrible, monarchy loving dinosaur and his constant singling out of black players off our screens and out of the media then more’s the better.Would have liked to have seen a couple of uppercuts thrown by Conte and Tuchel, but the wee ruck was a good laugh. Sky are total cowards if they don’t use this in the build up to the game at Spurs

They should expect this kind of behaviour. cameron2000
Well it worked today. Kane and Son were well off it. When that's the case Richarlison can do a job. If Jesus is off it, Arsenal have nothing. This isn’t strictly true because Nketiah has improved massively and now looks a real threat too. Martinelli and Saka are also both very capable of regular contributions.
TheScarf
The The Arsenal home kit is lovely btw. You cant go wrong with Adidas and a collar. United's is decent too.
Richey Edwards
Graeme Souness is an obese marsupial talisman who should be consigned to the dustbin of history.

accies1874
Got plenty of potential but desperately needs to cut out all his bullshit. I don't really understand why Chelsea would go for it atm.
