Really happy with the stream, set the alarm for 1am and was well worth it. Big thanks to those involved in getting it up and running, super professional and commentary fantastic.

Impressed with the performance despite the result, took a Prem team all the way given the differences in pre season and match fitness.

Aidan Fitzpatrick is a ripper too! Going to be fun watching him go about all season.

Disappointing to let a 2 goal lead slip but St. Mirren were always going to finish the game strongly. Some good displays but defending crosses,  or inability to do so,  looks like it's still going to be a problem.  We seemed to give them a lot of room in midfield in the second half,  probably to be expected as we sat back a bit on the lead. A good workout nevertheless for the newly assembled team.

Yeah the stream was excellent for me as well. Kicked in very early and never had any issues. Can't comment on the commentators given the noise in the house but everything else was spot on. The replays were a really nice touch.

If people had issues I hope they are resolved for the next game.

Well done to all involved.

Only problem I had was a pic freeze midway thru' 1st half and then seconds before full time but was OK for the pens.  I actually missed our first goal removing a message on my laptop screen that had bugged me for a few minutes so thankfull for the replay right away. Will def buy this product again. Commentary was fine too.

Fitzpatrick looks the real deal, doesn't he?

Obileye had a very good game as did Maxwell. Like look of Shields - both he and Fitzpatrick very direct - and East too.

Our constant inability to deal with crosses, regardless of who our defenders and goalie is, is so frustrating.

But plenty of positives for sure. Based on how we played today, I can't wait for us to be playing in Premiership next year.

I thought the coverage was absolutely top notch.  I was a bit wary after the Morton balls up and actually kept quiet on that one until I had seen our own production, but it was night and day.  Congratulations to all that were involved in it, great stuff!

Manager has made some extremely good signings in very difficult and exceptional circumstances. Nobody under any illusions that it will be a tough season ahead but if we can somehow get another couple of decent recruits we should be able to be competitive if today is anything to go by.

Great effort all round from everyone players and media team.

My screen froze a few times sometimes for a couple of seconds and few times for 10-20 seconds. If it's my equipment how can I make sure it won't happen again (TV is new).

I wasn't expecting replays but that was great. Who were the commentators?

The names I read were Sandy Kerr and Finlay Jack.

Delighted to hear that on the whole the stream worked well. Well done to all involved!

I’m sure you’ve read that some Were able to watch for free so that needs sorted.

I’m looking forward to (hopefully,) watching it in full later.

It was sorted before half time as far as I am aware. Minor glitch.

As for the game, I thought we were generally excellent today and I'm gutted we didn't win as we thoroughly deserved to. Two great goals, Connor Shields hits the ball harder than anyone else I've ever seen. Lovely football and a composed finish for the 2nd. We sat in and St Mirren offered little, though we were fortunate when the free kick hit the bar.

Second half we started ok but then lost a daft goal with a fairly harmless free kick floating straight in as nobody got a touch. In the 10 mins that followed we ripped St Mirren apart and should have scored about 3! Dobbie had one cleared off the line, so did someone else and East turned the defence inside out before calmly passing the ball past the post!! You had a feeling it might come back to haunt us and despite Ayo and Buchanan largely mopping up anything that came near them we eventually lost a back post looping header of a goal. And after McKee hit the bar with the first penalty we never looked like getting back into it.

Still, I'd have taken 3 points from 6 on Tuesday morning and we've still got a chance of getting out of this group even if winning it is now unlikely. Lots of positives today. Passing was good. Pace and energy was terrific against a side a level up and with 10 weeks more match practice than us. Defence looked much better than it did on Tuesday when we were fortunate not to be more than 1 down before we came into it. We need more depth at centre back for sure but signs are quite encouraging at the moment.

It's most likely just a blip in your internet connection at home.  Even large scale platforms such as YouTube and Netflix etc. suffer from the occasional "buffering" issue so if it's only a few seconds I don't think it would really indicate a problem as such.  If your TV has the facility to be cabled into your router rather than connected via wifi (I'm assuming that's how you were connected) that may improve things but it relies on your router being in a suitable location to do this, and you having an Ethernet cable.

I streamed the game from my pc to my tv with a HTML cable and had no issues whatsoever.  Well done to all involved!  A very professional production especially given the limited time available to get things set up.

A draw was a fair result.  I was very impressed how we took the game to St Mirren from the off and a two goal lead was what we deserved at half time.  Goodwin must have given St Mirren a good roasting at half time because they dominated the second half but let us have possibly the best chances.  The workrate of East, Fitzpatrick and Shields was phenomenal and unlike last season we appear to have no passengers.  Interestingly both St Mirren and Morton have focussed their attacks down Gibson's side but I think Wullie has looked pretty solid aside from being caught out of position on occasion.  Ayo's penalty was sublime!

Good game.  I enjoyed it.

I thought in the main it was a very impressive showing and although you can't read too much into one game it gave a lot of cause for optimism.  Fitzpatrick looks to be the pick of the signings, his powerful direct running was at the forefront of everything good that we did.  Dobbie looks to still have it, not that I ever really doubted him, but I was a wee bit concerned what sort of shape he was going to be in after missing some of pre-season.  East and Shields look like being the right kind of foil for him both putting in a power of work, with the latter scoring a peach of a solo effort.  Big Obileye looks solid at the back, he won't lose much in the air over the course of the season but also looks comfortable with the ball on the deck.  I also liked the look of Maxwell, perhaps our run of top notch left backs will continue?

As far as negatives are concerned, the goals we conceded were hugely disappointing, as was losing the shootout after the amount of work we put into the game.  I also hope Wullie Gibson at right-back is just a stop gap.  He didn't make any glaring errors but St Mirren were always looking dangerous down his side.  It would be nice to get a specialist full back in as well as another centre-half or two.
