We have Dobbie and Lyle up front, hardly a pacey pairing, and McFadden wouldn't really add anything to that. I think a lot of those who are in favour of him signing are going by the player he used to be. He'll still have a sharp football brain but whether we can afford a luxury bit part player with our relatively small squad is another matter.
