Certainly not against that and Gibson may have less defensive duties if there's a FB behind him which means more time to attack. I never saw or heard him claiming we were or weren't signing Church. I’d probably rather have read that he was rock solid defensively but offered little going forward but it does sound like he has potential. Only 22 so time to improve. Fabulous wee player for us though. What an engine he had. If Church is even half a Bob he'll do me.
