So what would be his goal scoring music?

Olivia Newton John - Physical

XTC - Ten Feet Tall

Jimi Hendrix - Are You Experienced

Could be someone's perfect playlist 😉

It wasn't my intention to start a squabble about goal celebration music (not into it myself), rather it was supposed to be some gentle fun directed at numerous posts about the profile required for any new striker transfer activity.

I'm no great fan of goal music.  That silly "Amarillo" mince that Falkirk used to trot out used to make me cringe for them ... or tbf ... maybe it was that I've been on the receiving end of it far too often!

That said, I did used to enjoy having a laugh at the Shrek "What are you doing in my swamp" recording that Lord P used to play when we'd scored a few - granted that had become a somewhat rare occurrence in the last couple of seasons!

Where has this "bod" poster sprung from, seems very touchy about anything that may be construed as being critical of the Club, and definetely no sense of humour (although my sense of humour may be a bit weird tbf). If people don't like something that happens at the Club they should surely be allowed to voice it without being told to try it if you think you could do better. Has the sound of someone somehow connected to the inner circle at Palmerston.

He's literally made up an argument in his head about goal music and an imaginary person having a pop at the 'DJ'.

I think you know who BOD is really. Posts on other topics have a certain likeness.

Sorry, nothing to see here except a Queens fan who finally decided to join a public forum and put down his thoughts/opinions.

To me it’s obvious that a few on here have misconstrued a lot of my posts so far.

It’s also noticeable the local natives don’t like it when someone new says something they don’t agree with, wagons are starting to circle I see.

I don’t see anywhere where I’ve “told” anyone to do anything, I may have suggested and I’ve not made anything up to start any arguments, debates yes. It’s plain to see who the touchy ones are!

Fwiw I’m told I have a very good sense of humour by those I choose to socialise with.

Anyway, here’s to a win tomorrow, hope you’ll be happy with that!

Nothing wrong with the post until the end where you've went bizarrely angry again. I've no idea why you're making up arguments in your head.

I used to quite like the playing of Nellie The Elephant when Weatherson scored, but apart from that I can't think of any music that gets played at football matches, whether it be pre-match, half-time or after a goal as being anything other than an irritant.  Especially bland autotuned all-the-songs-sound-the-same crap, techno and most of all Chelsea bloody Dagger.

I don't mind pre-match music (love Pigbag at The Riverside) I just don't like goal music. You can't beat the sound of a cheer though.

Always good to have new posters sharing their views and opinions, but when you get the "They're vounteers, why don't you try it yourself if you think you can do better" comments and suchlike it's not surprising people take the hump. Keep posting, but realise not everyone will agree with your views, and that's their right to tell you.

Angry is something I don't do, to laid back for that.

"Arguments in my head" I just don't know where you're getting that from.
