Those since we were promoted, when we never got a break of the ball or a fair referee.

Sadly I have to report upon what appears to be prima facie evidence of yet another example of racialismΒ

ICT getting their arses felt by Motherwell just now, I seriously hope we have someone there watching this game to try and help us on Saturday.

If Raith can't beat us given our performances at the minute I don't think they ever will.Β

Then you look at the stats for the last 10 home league games we’ve played against Inverness - W0 D3 L7.
Β

Admittedly that goes right back to 2001 cause we’ve been shite since the β€˜90s. Even if you take the last couple of seasons it’s W0 D1 L2.

A lot will depend on what happens against M'well for us, I think if we can somehow fluke a result then there might be an air of positivity, however if we get comfortably beaten (looking likely) then I'd suggest our record falls. Right now, its clear we are playing shite, so even given the history and form a shitfest draw would be a decent result.

Β

Now thats completed, we should get skudded by RR based on form, so definite away win against all odds

When the win comes which might or might not be within my life time I want it to be with a 98th minute winning goal, completely against the rin of play with more than a whiff of offside to it.Β

A pitch invasion would be merited and some dancing should take place in the streets surrounding the ground.

Much prefer you put just 9 past us to trigger the automatic manager removal process

I expect Raith not just to win but to win well on Saturday. We were absolutely fucking dreadful last night. The defence looked absolutely terrified, and going forward we were non-existent. One shot in 90 minutes; I'm not sure I've ever witnessed a game where we created so little. On Saturday, I expect Duffy will be punted back to the bench and Carson will return to right back, but that just means McGregor dropping back to a deeper midfield role, where he looks completely lost.Β

Fully expecting ICT to sign Logan Chalmers in time for Saturday's game so he can ping in another couple of late goals.

Obviously we're missing the experience and onfield leadership of Welsh and Broadfoot this season, and Sutherland leaves a bigger hole than I'd anticipated, but I still wonder if some of us - me included - were fooled by last season's late run into thinking that we were a much better team than we were, and I'm starting to wonder whether we weren't just a bang-average side with two players - Chalmers and McAlear - who were capable of pulling out outrageous finishes that saved our arses on several occasions.Β  Β

That was easy.

Likewise, replace "late run" with "early run" and "Chalmers and McAlear" with "Zanatta" and you have what many would consider to be a fairly accurate summation of the Rovers' 2021-22 on-field season.

This is my first game of the season. The last game v ICT at Starks left me a seething mess and I'm fully expecting Saturday will be no different.

Seeth no longer, with our present form I fully expect a full no lube doing from the city of Raith.
