Last week’s results were;- Hurlford United 0 v 1 Cambuslang Rangers Pollok 0 v 2 Irvine Meadow XI St. Roch’s 0 v 5 St Cadoc’s Craigmark Burntonians P v P St. Anthony’s Port Glasgow Juniors 1 v 3 Irvine Victoria Harmony Row 1 v 2 Thorn Athletic What about this Premier League, eh? It is nearly impossible to predict. Almost no points were scored in the first two matches this week and St. Cadoc’s handed out an unexpected doing as well. However, a few players managed to snag correct scores for the Port Glasgow or Harmony Row games which took them into the teens for points this week. Top of the list was @dagane who leapfrogs into joint 4th place with 19 points and @funky monkey close behind on a respectable 17 points. You may notice that our league is now down to 17 players. That’s because, sadly @Craig fae the Vale has had to drop out of the competition after accepting a post on the WoSFL management committee. I’m sure we all wish him every success in the role. It’s obvious by his posts on this forum that he is a true fan of this level of football and will be an asset to the beaks. Who knows, he may even pop into this thread from time to time to say hello in his blazer! Incidentally, although he has left, his entry money hasn’t as he pointed out he didn’t want it back. There are a lot of midweek games on this week, but I thought it would be a push for us all to get predictions in before Wednesday then again before Saturday. Let me know if you agree and I may look at it for future weeks.
