Highlight of that 120 minutes was the mass exodus when the whistle was blown at 90 minutes. Only to see the glum faces trudge back in shortly after, with the solemn realisation that there was infact, more of the show to endure. Lovely stuff. What a non event that whole extra time was by the way. Put us out our misery. Last time we had a Dundee team in a penalty shoot here? 3-0. Get Hladky on. it happened again. At least it didn't keep us doon! All the best in the cup lads, thought we matched you very evenly on the day. Being frank, if this team is chasing Europe though then that is a damning indictment on the standard of Scottish football, jeezy peeps. Arch Stanton
Dungdee just as pish at penalties as their near neighbours.
thomas
There's nothing sader than a lonely blue smoke bomb as you fail miserably to convert any penalties.
DeeTillEhDeh
Wtf do we do in training? You could have hauled 3 fans on and they would have done better.

Dirty Sanchez
It was certainly a cracking afternoon for anyone with a penchant for being freezing and bored out of their nut.

That’s comfortably our worst performance of the season and far from a reflection of how well we’ve been playing.

Don't like us having to break down other teams, we are better when we are camped in our own half. . That will be Brophys confidence rock bottom , probably the worst penalty I've ever seen. Worse than Jacksons v StJohnstone

We won't be anywhere near the top 6 if we play like that from now till May. Dundee probably shaded it today but its all about getting in the next round. Good luck for the season of the season, especially against Morten .

Gareth_Glasgow
Time to give up on Brophy and Tanser IMO, both absolutely miles off it. I think Main was injured but we just couldn’t get the ball to stick after he went off. The midfield was hopeless too. Huge credit to Carson for the save in the first half and strolling the shootout.
The Master
The league is the priority this season anyway. Spoiler <<<Verge of tears In all seriousness, that game pretty much showed how badly we need a goalscorer. I reckon we would have won that if we’d still had Robinson and he played. Anyway, all ifs and buts. All the best to St Mirren in the next round. I really don’t understand where this manufactured animosity between the fans has come from, beyond the usual opposition rivalry.
Ludo*1
Big Kwame looks to have the heart of Sheridan, the touch of Rudden and the grace of Osei. Hope he shakes off the rust quickly as he's some size and could be a unit. Disappointed to go out and the injuries are even worse. Not too shabby considering we had to resort to playing Sheridan at LW and Rudden at RW with Cameron, Finlay and Anderson at CM. Not too bad at all.

RossBFaeDundee
I will say that unlike United's 3-0 penalty loss where Hladky was gifted the balls on a silver platter, Carson made at least two brilliant saves there.
Saint Shug
It’s a shame the wee guy (No 25 Maybe) missed his penalty, thought he was easily the best player on the park after he came on early doors.

NorthBank
Our poorest Home display of the season there. Far too many players were honking today and Main/Ayunga simply doesn't work so why does Robinson persist with it? At least we can score penalties and Carson can save them. Playing absolute shite and winning is a good habit to have.
Billy Jean King
Well done Trevor Carson, only bright spot on a thoroughly dismal 120m football. Still in the cup, take that after a performance like that and move on.
