Thaw set in quite well here and 4 hours til ko - really be a bit of a joke if they don’t play

Have to agree there is no way the pitch is worse that what Partick were playing week in week out last year

Surely the only issue is whether there's hard bits that are a safety concern, rather than  the nick of the pitch

The worst bit about hospitality is surely the game so we should just let that go as planned today then sell it out again when the game is rescheduled

I am due to go to hospitality today (I know I know, rovers fan at a pars Falkirk game but most of my friends are pars fans and got an invite! ) meal etc is still planning on going ahead regardless of the game unless anything drastic changes of course

I guess, I would hope that there is enough give in the hard bits to make it fine with boots on.

But I'd have said the ice rink in Kirkcaldy was a better football pitch then what was at Firhill last year

But fair play to you getting the bin fire out in your thread

That old chestnut. Is there actually any undersoil heating in Scotland that works?Every time we get to this time of year clubs ush seem to be switched off completely or suddenly develop an issue.  You'd think these things would get serviced once a year at least.

I cant see this one being given the grace of a 2pm inspection tbh.

We already know from last time out the Polis treat this game way out of proportion, and they already have their hands fill with the ugly sisters playing. They won't want Dunfermline to start filling up with fans only to be called off at the back of 2.

If the games off, let's meet up for a few pints and share jolly banter.

After the fun and games up from Tappie Touries last time I am sure the police would rather the game went ahead rather than the fans heading off to the pub and then meeting up for a ‘wee dance’ later on.
