UFOs shot down over North America

Recommended Posts

Surprised there's not a thread for this already. Starting on Friday night there have been multiple objects of  shot down in American and Canadian airspaces. Their origin and purpose still a total mystery

The prevailing theory at the minute seems to be that after the Chinese balloon a few weeks ago the US realised their radar parameters were filtering out all slow moving objects, and that these are likely more balloon/drone type objects.

Or maybe its aliens?

In WWII the Japanese equivalent of the V1 was a balloon bomb called Fu-Go.

It was designed to float over the Pacific from Honshu and land in North America and the incendiary device would set the US forests alight

It didn't work very well. Landing in remote areas they would be discovered over the decades after the end of the war. The remains of one was found as recent as 2014.

The one practical outcome was that the Japanese had by accident discovered the jet stream air current.

One of these was found by a school trip into the forest.  When somebody touched the bomb, it exploded.  Five children and a pregnant woman were killed.

Make that 2019, near McBride, British Columbia…but the 2014 one (near Lumby, B.C.) had a live bomb that had the RCN explosives people involved to demo it.

Bit of a fuss about hee haw.  After the debacle of Afghan and Putins emboldenment the U S is thinking shooting a couple balloons will give them kudos. No it won't. The West is in as big a mess as I've ever seen. Sad times. Nae leadership. Nae brains
