But looks like their second one to me but a) as you say he is too close to the line for that and b) as MK says, the ball looks outside the net. I don't think it is from the Iran game and Rough had a blue jersey for the Holland game. Wish I hadn't posted it now in my throwaway attempt to get a cheap Rough compo face laugh. Here, he's behind the goal line. It must be a forgotten incident that saw the ball drop over the bar, or bounce back from an advertising board.
