The gunman had the drop on the officer, who retreated, then the gunman rushed his shot toward the President before Secret Service snipers shot him, per reports. Edited to add: Suspect was wearing a “Demolition Ranch” (YouTube channel) tee-shirt when killed. Other reports suggest a bullied, loner type. It's a very powerful image that, while it won't be used on official campaign merchandise, will absolutely be used on campaign merchandise, websites and other media.
