St Mirren V Dundee

As shite as we were, and as great as St Mirren apparently were, we still ended up with more shots on target. Not that it matters, as it's only the final score that does. However if that's a regular St Mirren performance, I would not be surprised in the slightest if we end above you come seasons end.

I actually thought you were sensible initially 😂

This is comedy gold

The St Mirren celebrated at the end as if the league had been won. Very strange.

An injury ravaged Dundee could well have nicked a point after an embarassing first half display.

100 minutes played of this long season. Plenty of ups and downs to come. The St Mirren have their day today.

Thank you.

Your fans let off smoke bombs after scoring to be 2-1 behind

I didn't think I'd see a St Mirren fan steal patter from a banned Morten poster but here we are.

Oh. Thought this was a P&B staple.

Had no idea what it’s origin was.

But ‘Morten’?

You must be ‘seething’ 😀.

We lost an equaliser to St Johnstone in the 98th minute last season (after 5 minutes added on) so I can understand the relief of seeing it out.

If/when you win a game this season, and it’s by a single goal, will be interesting to see if it’s calm handshakes all round and a sedate walk up the tunnel.

About Morten bending over and accepting a handshake to try and benefit Hamilton whilst trying to screw us over by accepting the ultimate humiliation?

'Swing and a miss' because we still won the league. But it's a name that's now deservedly stuck.

No idea what you’re referring to.

Genuinely.

Were Saints in the same league at the time?

Hamilton needed us to drop points and win by 8 goals to pip us to the title about a decade ago.

Your wee pals proceeded to lose 10-2 to Hamilton.

Hence the name.

Think it was your Tommy Craig season. Could be wrong though.

Glad Dundee missed their penalty because that was a ridiculously soft decision and an awful VAR intervention. Same sort of shirt pulling happens at nearly every set piece.

As for not being able to award a goal when the ball crosses the line 🫠

Yeah the officials did Dundee a massive favour yesterday, twice, yet they still lost. Worrying times for the Dees.

Hemmings probs MOM. Penalty save and another beauty when McCowan clean through.
Might as well just hand Sainties the league title now, you’re clearly world beaters. I mean you’ve just beaten a scratch team that’s just been promoted with an own goal and a missed penalty.

I understand why you call yourself spud now.

You were calling Hemmings a shitebag earlier in the thread and blaming him for the goal, laughing at him as our number 1 too but yet he’s man of the match now for you.

keep up the good work Spud.

Jeeso - the crack must be kicking in.

Just quote where I said anything negative about your keeper, will you?

Drugs don’t work bro.
