Hoose Rice
Budge like Mercer looks like a Tory b*****d to be fair. Otherwise she would have lord pishybreeks from the Labour Party sniffing about her.

A man with vision who saved a failing small local club who were being scuttled by criminals - Duff and Gray. Always saddens me how ungrateful the vermin are towards him. It is not a stretch to say that without Wallace Mercer, there would be no Hibs.

Think he was just getting a bit pissed off about the whole stereotype that St Johnstone fans are a bunch of inbred, welly wearing tractor-humpers. I’m not inbred

What makes you think Tom Farmer wouldn’t have stepped in if we were going to the wall without the fat Tory b*****d trying to stir things? And you are correct, he did save a failing small local team in yourselves.
Theyellowbox
Proper sliding door game this for Saints. With Aberdeen and Motherwell playing the Glasgow sides, a win here would move us to 8th. A loss could put us back bottom again, with County and Livi having 'winable' games. With them both playing each other next weekend and us vs Celtic it will go a long way to keeping things a bit safer if we can pick up at least something at Tynecastle. I'd imagine Levein will want to make sure we don't concede early and I doubt we will go out overly attacking, so think we might go for some kind of 4-4-1-1. That would suggest Kane up to and Carey in behind to me. For Hearts, I think if my memory is correct Oda ripped us apart for spells in Perth, so I'd be concerned by him and Shankland obviously. Kind of feels like a game suited for Considine to use his experience to try and keep him quiet. I'd say 1-1 with Phillps booked within first 10 mins.

Would have even given you the opportunity to avoid all those semi and final thrashings too. You could have been at Hampden all resplendent in maroon watching us pump some other no hopers instead.

Are people just assuming this because she is rich? I mean, she is a self-made success from a Pilton block of flats, I think. Also her business practices like charity sponsors and community outreach, plus the living wage suggest she is miles away from a Jacob Reese-Mogg: “people should not be paid when taking time off”, sort of character. Who knows though, she may be for all I know. How many other tories do you see saying f**k it I’ll insist on paying everybody the living wage ? I think we’re the only socialists in the league!
Girth
Two very agricultural teams. 0-0. The relegation express is turning into a replacement bus service. Edited November 23, 2023 by Girth
paranoid android
Score draw - one all, probably. I'm prepared to accept an away win if Levein takes the mic and apologises for the vast amounts of cash wasted on players on his watch.

Oddly enough (and I'm not saying you're lying - why would you bother? - just remarking on the coincidence) I remember there used to be a kickbacker with the exact same username as you. TBF, though, from memory, that one was obviously just a *** without the bus fares, rather than an actual Hearts fan.
Muirton Saint
Interesting to see, would have thought Brown would be at rwb and Kane would be up top on his own. Glad to see Stevie get a chance with Kano though.
