All games will likely have some form of “live” multi-camera coverage (as in, the pictures being sent back to Pacific Quay instead of being recorded on the cameras). This is usually very limited, though - for example, games covered in this way in the last round didn’t have “live” replays; instead, they were edited in later. But three games will always get a “full outside broadcast” treatment. This means even more cameras, pitchside mics, a match director, “live” replays and (generally speaking) commentary done “live” at the ground. Essentially, something close to a live broadcast but only for highlights.
