St. Johnstone will save us from that fate.

We beat you at Pittodrie like 3 weeks ago.

Fantastic to have this confirmed.

Big, big rebuilding job required. We need to be patient and give this guy a few transfer windows at least. But I'm very positive about this appointment.

Good appointment. IMO. Think this guy will do well in Scotland.

Maybees aye, maybees naw. A lot depends on what the Dons BoD will be happy with. All their talk about giving the bloke years to build something, install this ‘build a squad then buy & sell successfully’ model…. Sounds great in theory. Unless he’s shite, his team are shite, and the Dons are still looking at avoiding the relegation playoff position. He’ll no’ be getting years to build anything, he’ll be getting Cormacked.

Good luck to the guy, he’ll need it.

Considering we spoke to Robinson and he was desperate for it, I'm delighted with this.

St Mirren have picked up less points than you since the end of October, so that sounds like a lucky escape.

Ach, maybe Robbo could have had them safely in the top 6 ahead of a tricky trip to Sellik, rather than seeing a resurgent Ross County still sniffing their sphincter, no?

Derek Adams turned you guys down for Swindon too.  Good news all round for dollies I suspect.

Are you forgetting how badly he started with you?

Admirable determination by many on here to make this about St Mirren. Happy to continue this on a St Mirren thread if you want.
