Fantastic to have this confirmed. 

Big, big rebuilding job required. We need to be patient and give this guy a few transfer windows at least. But I'm very positive about this appointment.

All their talk about giving the bloke years to build something, install this ‘build a squad then buy & sell successfully’ model…. Sounds great in theory. Unless he’s shite, his team are shite, and the Dons are still looking at avoiding the relegation playoff position. He’ll no’ be getting years to build anything, he’ll be getting Cormacked.
