Depressed Dunfermline v Bouyant Bairns

Recommended Posts

If the pars turn up it should be a decent game.

Not overly worried about Falkirk tbh.

Our first home game with a point to prove.
Watching Falkirk on Friday, Morrison looks like there main man.

Other than him, nobody really stood out.

A bang average squad just like anyone else in that league, ours included.

I think we can turn them over!

Morrison no where near being our best player against QP.

You are a slavering fool.

He got MOTM.

By the BBC “experts “, Spencer and McIvor got the sponsors and supporters awards.

Also a few others had better games than an unusually quiet Morrison on the night.

It’s all perception at this point.

I’m genuinely not worried about your mob

If we turn up we should turn you over.

Anyways, I’m away back to my life now.

Up the pars!!

If and it's a very, very big if we somehow contrive to win this, then the absolute joy from the home support will be in disbelief we've won a game.

Reality is, we'll get utterly horsed and we're automatically relegated with 34 games to go.

He looked half decent from what I saw on the BBC

That’s my point.

Yip Morrison is the only Falkirk player that can hurt the Pars, McPake should just focus on Call as we have no one else in our team that will cause any damage.

Your team is bang average.  You will soon find that out in this league.

He looked half decent - but was probably only about a 7/10 from what he is more usually producing. That was him being quiet.

That's the point.

Falkirk fans will be very surprised at how poor we will be on Saturday.

Unfortunately this is very true. Feels like even in the even if we get a result it's unlikely anyone will come away from the game thinking we played well.
Would love to be proven wrong, but any chance of that seems like a pipe dream right now.

This will be a tough game, I’m not buying this easy win pish the Pars fans are spouting. The Dunfermline players will be up for this as much as our players will, it will be close.

Honestly, if Falkirk fans are expecting us to show up with the same desire/intensity that we did in League 1, they’re in for a shock. At least from their perspective, it’ll be a pleasant surprise, as they walk through us with ease. Despite the majority of players and the manager being the same, it’s a totally different team. I’m not looking forward to this at all.

I don’t think Falkirk are great, but I’d expect them to be a fair bit better than us.

As for Kane being back, I’ll believe it when I see it. I feel like he’s always going to be back for the next game, then come Thursday, we’re told he’s not quite made it. Also worth noting we don’t have a LB/LWB available or anyone that can play RWB effectively, but I still expect us to play the back 5, with wing backs.
