Can't give u anything apart from they scored 3 goals we scored 2 so in my mind that wins a game unless I am wrong about the rules in football

We played better after that although always nervy until Anson scored late on his return. Cumbernauld were physical and it led to the red card for a really over the top challenge.
Spyro
Just for context, Lossie Utd were ranked by https://scotscores.theroonba.com/clubrank/clubrank.Html at 251st in the country behind Pumpherston and Saint Peter's after their 5-2 win against Dufftown leapfrogging Hawick Royal Albert, Vale of Leithen, Forfar West End and the famous Fort William. Talbot WERE 29th and favourites to win the "big" Cup that they love to keep telling us is the biggest cup in the country Edited September 7 by Spyro

F_T_Y
Bankies 2 nil up and hurlford get a goal back, absolutely wild tackle on halfway line, straight red and then the wee fanny mckenzie comes in and shoves two fists in hodges face. Stupidity from both and they left their team in a hole. They defended well at the start of 2nd half but bankies made the extra numbers count and ran out comfortable winners.

What about the battle off the park ? Fisticuffs in amongst the fans. Last thing i would expect to see with Cumbernauld and Arthurlie fans. The Nauld fan that started it should never be allowed inside the ground again. On the game itself, very poor stuff but Arthurlie just about shaded it.

Wouldn’t have thought there were enough fans there to have a battle-how did that come about?

Bestsinceslicebread
Watched the Talbot Highlights, ffs thats a serious amount of missed chances, Great keeping by the Lossi Keeper, great defending, missed chances, many over the bar. Talbot from highlights looked far superior technically Calamity defending 1st Lossie goal, it was a cross and was a terrible cross but way over the keeper right in the top corner. Keeper at Fault? hmm, not so sure, positioning a bit out but a keeper would have had to be near the back post to stop it so, yeah, not blaming the keeper, just a freak goal. But the guy who scored it picking up the ball, looked like a foul on the Talbot player when he races away 2nd goal, now thats just a meleee, hits off Talbot player to Lossie scorer, he shoots, keeper saves, (keeper not at fault) bounces off post, and think off keeper and Lossie scorer first to ball to score. 3rd goal, wtf was the defender doing, first port of call, clear it, also keeper comes out and is hesitant so caught in no mans land. Talbot defenders fault although keeper did not help. Only themselves to blame Edited September 8 by Bestsinceslicebread

Be a long time before they get to the play-offs? of they'll never lose in such a shocking way in a play-off?
