A few weeks ago, i would have feared a doing here today, i think Falkirk will still win, but i think it will be narrow with one of the ex Raith players getting the winner. Because that is the law of football.

Agree with this.

I’m not fearful of a doing like I would have been 3 weeks ago, but I’ll still be surprised if we take 3 points.
And Spencer/Ross/Tait to score seems highly likely.

Traditionally, after losing in a cup competition, we've gone hell for leather to dish out a skelping to whomever we run across in the league the week after. Hopefully today follows the same pattern but like others I am quite fearful regarding the number of injuries we're having to deal with.

Quite looking forward to returning to Starks. It feels like Raith and Falkirk have largely been in the same league since I started going to games 30 odd years ago but I haven't been since the 2-2 playoff game. It was generally one of the away days my family tried to take in at least once a season and a fair few of us aren't really able to do away games these days so it'll be a bit weird just going with my pal.

Sorry it wasn't the playoffs it was the league with the Houston team. The game was just before he playoffs and I think we were scraping over the line to second place.

Think thats the game I was on about where Alston played at RB?

Re the line up, Maciver is the big miss. Luke Graham is hopefully at least as good as what we have. Certianly carries that reputation.

Ross, Alfie and Finn is absolutely fine. Most of us feel Finn deserves it on merit, and Nesbitt or Oliver can reinforce if needed. McKenna up top is the wildcard but he is definitely a hard worker and he holds onto the ball well. I'm surprised its not Oliver but there we go.

I dont think we look in any way frail for our injuries or necessarily more likely to lose the game. I would agree that we might look less likely to win it however

The thing is though Donaldson and Hendo have been playing together at the back for a good while now there's an understanding there which you can't replicate straight away no matter how decent the boy coming in is. Colls physicality in the air will be missed.
