wearealldoomed Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Went to the gym yesterday. 15 minutes' treadmill, 15 on the cross trainer and 7 minutes on the rowing machine. My body is now in pain, which can't bee good after just over half an hour's excercise. Also, people who take their dogs on the train.
