An Sionnach
Sat night TV. almost wish i was a chef again.. BBC2 - Ghandi on in a minute* for some brain stimulation, then Have I Got A Bit More News For You, then a quick switch to BBC1 for Match of the Day followed at 11:45 the Football League Show or you could swap back to BBC2 for 'Miracle' with Kurt Russell and Patricia Clarkson followed by (if you're still awake at 02:00) 'Cockles and Mussels', a French romantic musical with Valeria Bruni Tedeschi and Gilbert Melki. That's my insomniac's game plan anyway. I have admittedly avoided the 4pm to 7:30pm terrestrial drivel by watching the Final Scores and the Stoke v Newcastle game in the pub! (Two bottles of orange juice in a pint glass topped up with soda water, your honour, honest! And repeat until full!) See how helpful I am to you old bean? Now, I'm away to compile a cheese, biscuit, seeds, nuts and salad vegetarian treat to nibble the rest of the night away at. Chin up, Capy! *Edit mid-post - It's on now, presented by Mishal Husain! Asian Babe!

capybara
The one thing about watching footie with Spanish commentary is the Adverts, they may well be trying to flog you bog roll or something to take away unpleasant smells from your toilet..but they sound great..

Valerie Singleton was a sex-goddess, Esther Rantzen's 'That's Life' was a guaranteed laugh and Dad's Army was usually on. Or maybe the years have addled my brain...... Have fun at your folks, whatever you (decently) get up to!

Whereabouts do you stay in Aberdeen? And it's not cold in the slightest you girl! Give it a couple more months and then you'll feel it.
theentomologist
Unbelievably bored. I would have had problems spelling unbelievably but for this post, and as I currently share its sentiment, coupled with the fact that I discovered by facebook that the relationship status of my friend -formerly a 'friend'- changed to 'in a relationship' (not with me... )and feel annoyed with myself for feeling annoyed. but to end on a positive, cause you know thats the way these things are done, positive-can now spell unbelievably , negative 'friend' thing , positive season 1 of Spiral arrived today and my new hard drive is bitchingly cool but generally
