Nokia lumia monster headphone promotion: free headphones worth £200 mine arrived on tues, no one in, Card through the door from UPS . usually that means i can go collect ( i work 2 mins away from depot) so i phone UPs so i can go in and collect. 'sorry sir, Nokia insist these must be delivered, you cannot collect' i then explain i will be at work during the time they try to deliver so can they not let me pick up? no, they need authorisation from Nokia, i need to phone nokia. phone nokia, no, cant do it, these must be delivered to that address , maybe try ups to get a later delivery time. Phone UPS, nmo, nokia will not allow us to rearrange times. really apologetic, yet getting nowhere fast. back to Nokia is the cry. phone nokia again, explain the issue, ' have you applied for the headphones' explain again that they are trying to deliver to home address on days i am working.. 'how do you know they tried?' me: card through the door. ok, is there a problem with them ... me: no i havent received them, i cant collect them and they are trying to deliver when i am out on NOKIAS instructions. can you authorise me to collect them or arrange a redelivery. her: no eventually manage to get her to 'escalate'; for a callback to resolve. bearing in mind after 3 attempts they are returned to sender. timescale 3-5 working days. so yeah not one ouncce of common sense or customer service between them 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
