Stellaboz
What are you doing half an hour up to when you hit the pillow?
Hedgecutter
The BBC weather guy who's always dressed up in a suit, but changes into jeans for when it's repeated on Country file. God knows why I even keep that programme from time to time, f***ers dressing head to toe in top of the range outdoor gear for what's no more than a walk along a country lane. You can't even pronounce 'Countryfile' without saying c***. Landward is a lot better, largely down to Dougie.
throbber
What are you doing half an hour up to when you hit the pillow? Nothing in particular just watching tv or unwinding as one does in the evening. It's sonly come on recently despite not changing my routines. I do have a lot on just now though.

throbber
In that case have a w**k just before bed time. That will make no difference, it's hours after I have gone to sleep I have no bother nodding off originally. Sometimes the feelings and thoughts I get are awful though, ultimate fear and anxiety.

throbber
I should probably have one when I wake up and it might help.
Stellaboz
Maybe, but it won't stop the fear. Try wanking off someone else then?

Black Friday is the day after the Thanksgiving holiday so it's utterly meaningless over here.

throbber
Lay off the drink during the week. I managed that last week actually. Had a few beers last night though.

However, it tends to be about the time I'm thinking of heading to bed. I usually start thinking of lots of pretty mundane, not particularly stressful life-things (but which need addressed), then dwell on it too long and end up awake until around 2 or 3 in the morning. Then when the alarm goes off at 7am I wake up feeling totally horrendous. A coffee usually sorts me out though but then it usually catches up with me mid afternoon. Again, coffee and nicotine usually get me through but it takes its toll and hits you hard eventually, usually culminating in one weekend every month-or-so where I feel utterly done-in and end up sitting doing nothing all weekend to recharge the batteries before going the whole cycle starts again. I usually put it down to the job I have though. Maybe lay off posting on P&B for a while, see if that helps?
throbber
Maybe lay off posting on P&B for a while, see if that helps? Far easier said than done, as I have said I have work to do and everything else than can distract me from that seems far more important.
Honest Saints Fan
Two things... The "jovial banter" between the contestants on Tipping Point. f**k off, you're meant to be competing against each other, not congratulating each other on how good a drop it was. Winter is shit. Anyone who likes is v. weird.
