Glasgow Loon
From the OS:- Experienced striker trains at TA... Experienced striker Paul Dickov will be spending a couple of days training with Leeds United this week. The 37-year-old former Scotland international is a free agent following his release by Leicester City last week. Dickov, a former Arsenal trainee who has made over 400 career appearances during spells with Man City, Blackburn, Leicester, and Derby County among others, had a short spell under Simon Grayson at Blackpool in 2008. "Paul came in on Monday and he's going to train with us for a couple of days," confirmed United manager Simon Grayson. "I've known Paul a long time and he was with me at Blackpool. We'll see how things go."

Glasgow Loon
UNBEATEN YOUNGSTERS SEE OFF CELTIC 12 Mar 2010 United make impression in Dubai... The Leeds United representative team in Dubai made a big impression on the opening day of our involvement in the Emirates Airlines Dubai Sevens on Friday. The day started with a 1-1 draw against AC Milan before Glasgow Celtic were beaten 4-1 in the second group game. The final game of the day produced a 1-1 draw with Danish side Brondby and the young United side have progressed through to the KO stages of the tournament after finishing top of the group. Academy manager Neil Thompson, under-18s coach Neil Redfearn, and technical director Gwyn Williams, have travelled with the party, and Thompson says the trip so-far has been both productive and enjoyable. "It's been great so far," said Neil. "The facilities here are terrific and we trained a couple of times before Friday in very hot conditions. "The standard is good and after drawing with Milan this morning we played really well against Celtic in the afternoon. "It was the hottest part of the day - 33 degrees - but the boys did well and we've done well so far."

The Minertaur
20 minutes to go and its still 1-0. Quite enjoying the game - Leeds dominating the 2nd half but creating nothing. Millwall missing chances to kill the game on the counter attack.
The Minertaur
Since I posted that Millwall have been hammering Leeds and its 2-0 now. Batt skinning a few players before beating the keeper at the near post.
