I don't mind cheering your own team - USA USA might be grating but it's allowable - it's the jeering of poor shots that gets on my wick.

That's my point - why's it acceptable at fitba but not at golf or tennis?  Because some arsehole in a blazer at St Andrews in 1890 decided that it was a game for "gentlemen"?  f**k that.  Get the c***s boo'd.

Could take it the other way. Get the "quiet please" signs up when someone's taking a corner.
