ajwffc
The South Africans plan B is for it to be played next year if there are no fans. As they are desperate for the cash but all the home nations have basically said no to the Lions being delayed by a year as they bass have plans for tours as part of their World Cup prep. So this will be South Africa's last attempt to get cash.

He will become one of the top few earners in Scotland I'd expect but still could probably double it in England or France. Presumably he's happy here and the SRU rest protocols will suit a player like him given the way he plays.

honestly united
Kebble coming in should hopefully get Glasgow closer to parity in the scrums. Good to see them starting with Thompson as Thomson looks devoid of confidence at the moment, and probably not up to scratch anyway. Think I would have went with Griggs and Jones at centre and Bryce at fullback - not suprised he is off to LA as he has hardly been given a run of games. As an aside, when does our new US franchise kick off? Its going to be strange that we will have 3 development sides, (them, LS and Nice) yet all the youngsters are going to be need to keep Glasgow and Edinburgh going

They were 2nd in their conference when the league was suspended last year. I am not sure is the SRU still has any links to London Scottish after a fallout between the two(LS was expecting the SRU to give them more and more money with LS cutting back their share of the budget.) Stade Niçois is the French side in Nice that the SRU set up the 'Performance Pathway' partnership with as well as Western Force, Western Province and a side in Lille

They have signed Callum Gibbens though, and a few other familiar faces London Scottish seem to be down to a handful of scottish qualified players and doesn't seem to be anyone at Stade nicois either
