BullyWeeStonehouse
Game 2 of 2 for me this weekend. Monza 0-2 Lazio. Not sure of the attendance but I’d guess between 10-15,000. Another good away following by Lazio, too. I can’t remember a more one sided game than this today. Lazio strolled up, they’re a top, top team. Monza being mid table doesn’t say much for the teams below them!

Marten
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise 2-1 KV Mechelen Sunday 19th March A bit late with uploading this, but I'm still catching up after coming home from my holiday. I visited this game in Brussels in the Belgian top flight. The last time I've been here, Union were in the third tier, now they're second in the top tier and in the quarter finals of the Europa League, some change there! It's a stunning stadium, the beautiful front is an official monument, which means it's protected and can't be demolished thankfully. There is terracing opposite the main stand, where the ultras are. The game started with a surprise early goal for the visitors. But after that the hosts didn't give anything away and ultimately deserved their win. A very good day out, definitely recommended if you're ever in Brussels.

Having seen the antics of Pather in an earlier round after they won I dread to think how they took that today .

Broony88
Off to Everton v Spurs tonight, first trip to Goodison and first EPL game for about 13 years. A lot at stake for both teams and glad to tick it off before Everton’s stadium move.
Andy groundhopper
Aftermath of a Sunday League game: all went on beyond the traffic lights. Can only think the added extra time came when Pather celebrated their goals in front of their fans, injuries, the sending off,and subs. Pather were knackered the last 15+ and couldn't hold on.Thought the ref was poor throughout but for both teams.

forfarton
Dunbar United 1 Kirkcaldy & Dysart 2 New Countess Park, 25/03/23 K&D scored within 2 minutes and dominated 1st half. Dunbar did have chances and hit the crossbar in each half. Referee was terrible throughout with his worst decision being a red card for a Dunbar player when he was the one fouled. Late consolation through a penalty and they tried hard to get an equaliser. Great wee ground with the added entertainment of frequentvtrains passing by. A superior experience to Meadowbank the night before.

Crow
Chelsea 0-0 Liverpool @ Stamford Bridge . The home side saw 2 goals disallowed by VAR as they failed to take their chances. Much changed Liverpool had chances too but continue to struggle to find any form. That’s 2 straight goalless draws I’ve seen I think I last did that in 2010 . Crowd around 41,000.
Guest
West Calder United 1-6 Bo'ness Athletic I've said this before but the East Third is the best League in Scotland. Not in terms of quality, obviously, but the grounds, the fans, the cups of tea. It's all top notch. 6:15 kick off made it tight after work but we got here and we missed Bo'ness scoring after 20 seconds but still saw almost all of a brilliant game. West Calder would be right up the top of the league if Bo'ness and Armadale hadn't made promotion a non-event long ago. Cauther matched Scotland's top scorers for long periods but Athletic got more on top 2nd half and recorded yet another three points. Never a 6-1 game in its life, but that's what Bo'ness do. Hermand Park is simple but excellent. We'll worth a visit. Sam was here so you'll see it on YouTube soon if you're into that kind of thing
Andy groundhopper
Clydebank 0 Darvel 1 an excellent curler by Ferguson enough for the win. The Bankies seldom threatened, their approach play disjointed and in the air too much.Darvel more composed at times and should have had a couple more.
Crow
Spartans 2-5 Dundonald Bluebell @ Ainslie Park Stadium . EOS Qualifying Cup R4. The Fifers raced into a 4-0 1st half lead against what was essentially Spartans U20’s side. They home side pulled it back to 4-2 but chasing a 3rd they conceded again late on. Crowd 88.

Jute
Sunderland 4-4 Hull City. Brilliant Friday evening’s entertainment that was admittedly helped by neither side being overly good at defending. Hull took an early lead only for Sunderland to fight back scoring 2 in as many minutes only for Hull to score again a minute later to make it 2-2. Second half started with Sunderland dominating possession but Hull breaking up field to make it 3-2. Sunderland fought back again to make it 3-3 with a soft looking penalty then go ahead with a great Jack Clarke goal making in 4-3. Hull equalised with last kick of the ball after being awarded a penalty deep into injury time. Over 40,000 in attendance including a sizeable away support which helped generate a cracking atmosphere.
